Your data

Call the Desk answers the phone, takes bookings and sends texts for the restaurants and hotels that use it. To do that we keep:

• your name, mobile and booking details
• what was said on calls to a venue's booking line (as text)
• texts you send or receive
• notes a venue adds to make your visit nicer (like an allergy)

We use it only to handle your bookings with that venue. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Want it removed? You can do it yourself in a minute — we check it's really you with a code, show you what we hold, then delete it.
